Penny Massey Anderton with her medal haul after competing in Poland
Teenage karate champion Penny Massey Anderton has added to her medal collection after more success in Poland.
The Westhoughton 13-year-old scooped double gold at the World Union of Karate-Do Federations (WUKF) Karate European Championships.
She triumphed at 50-54kg Kumite and also took top spot in Kata.
And her haul did not end there, also picking up a silver in team competition.
Penny, who trains at the English Karate Academy in Warrington, competes in the Welsh Karate League and has already amassed a large collection of trophies in a short space of time.
