Meanwhile, Josh Sheehan has been named in Craig Bellamy’s first Wales squad after being named as Rob Page’s successor.
Sheehan, who captained his country against Gibraltar over the summer, will be hoping to make a positive impression on the new boss.
Wales kick off the Nations League campaign with a home fixture against Turkey on Friday, September 6 before heading to Montenegro three days later.
Chris Forino is also away on international duty, having been called up for St Lucia. The defender has made three appearances for the Whites so far after missing most of pre-season through injury.
St Lucia host Curacao on Friday, September 6 before heading to Grenada in the early hours of Tuesday, September 10.
Gethin Jones was left out of the Australia squad for their World Cup qualifiers against Bahrain and Indonesia while he recovers from injury.
Carlos Mendes Gomes, who has represented Guinea-Bissau on the international stage, is still recovering from a ruptured Achilles tendon.
