Former Wanderers loanee Caleb Taylor has joined Wycombe on a season-long loan from West Brom.
Taylor spent the second half of last season on loan with the Whites but his stay at the Toughsheet Community Stadium was impacted by injury.
The 21-year-old will now play alongside Aaron Morley, who also joined the Chairboys on a season-long loan last week.
Taylor, whose dad Martin played in the Premier League for Birmingham and Blackburn, has made nine first-team appearances for the Baggies to date.
The towering defender got his first taste of League One football at Cheltenham during the 2022/23 campaign and was almost an ever-present figure for the Robins.
He played seven times for Bolton but spent a couple of months on the sidelines with an ankle injury.
Taylor returned for the fixtures against Port Vale and Peterborough but did not feature in the play-offs.
The youngster signed a new four-year deal at the Hawthorns earlier this summer and Carlos Corberan labelled him an “exciting young player” with a “high level of potential”.
Wycombe had a tough start to the campaign with defeats against Wrexham and Birmingham, but Matt Bloomfield’s side bounced back with a win against Rotherham last weekend.
The Chairboys are back in action on Saturday afternoon when they head to Bloomfield Road to take on managerless Blackpool.
He is one of several ex-Bolton players who have switched clubs on deadline day. Nat Phillips has joined Derby on loan from Liverpool and Billy Crellin has headed to Accrington Stanley on loan from Everton.
