Daisy Hill will host Welsh side Ruthin Town in the latest match of their pre-season schedule at the Plumb Factory Stadium tomorrow.
The Welsh side play in Cymru North, the second tier of the Welsh football league system, and finished seven in their league last season.
And Daisy boss Lee Hill is looking forward to the challenge of facing unfamiliar opponents.
“It’s quite good in a way that we don’t know anything about them,” said Hill.
“Last season we had scouts going out to watch future opponents, and at times we were going out to nullify opponents’ personnel and tactical shape.
“This season, we are looking to put our own stamp on games a bit more, so that teams will have to work us out.
“Playing against teams that we don’t know anything about means we can just go out and do what we do, and leave it to other teams to figure us out.
“So our message to the lads for Saturday is that we have a chance to say we will just be us, and play to our own style.
“We are looking at a few different formations so that we can be adaptable in games, and we will probably change the line up again on Saturday from the one that started the game against Radcliffe on Monday night.
“We need to be sure we have got lads who can change tactically to suit certain teams and games, and it’s not too alien if we do that, and Saturday gives us the chance to try something different.”
Kick off at the Plumb Factory Stadium is at the earlier time of 2pm.
