Bury have completed a further couple of signings as preparations continue at Gigg Lane for next season.
Winger Rustam Stepans arrives from Charnock Richard and attacker Bryan Ly joins from Wythenshawe.
Born in Latvia, Stepans previously had spells with Chorley, Southport, Marine, Runcorn Linnets and Atherton LR.
Stepans the past season at Charnock Richard, coming up against the Shakers on several occasions including the play-off semi-final clash at the back end of April.
He scored 24 goals in 59 matches last term, with five of those coming from the penalty spot.
Manager Dave McNabb told the club website: “Rusty is another player who really excelled last season. Particularly against us where he caused us lots of problems in all four encounters.
"He’s quick, direct and has a wand of a left foot. Loves to take people on and will have the fans on the edge of their seat. Rusty scored 24 goals last season and showed himself as a stand out player at this level with huge potential to climb the leagues.”
Meanwhile, Ly helped Wythenshawe finish top of the table last season with 32 goals and 18 assists.
The 20-year-old initially came through the ranks at Morecambe before impressing in the North West Counties set-up.
McNabb added: “Bryan is a player we're all fully aware of from last season. He was far and away the best number 10 in the league last year, with his numbers speaking for themselves.
"His technical ability and desire to receive the ball in any situation are what makes his stand out. He is an excellent player, but also a winner who is capable of dealing with the pressure and expectations of playing for Bury.”
