No side will have picked up more points at home than Wanderers in League One this season – regardless of this weekend’s results.
The Whites have taken 50 points from their 23 league fixtures at the Toughsheet Community Stadium this term – a total only champions Portsmouth can match.
Bolton have generally been formidable at home since Ian Evatt took charge and their strong record bodes well for the potential of play-offs, barring a remarkable turn of events at Peterborough on the final day.
The crucial second leg took place at Oakwell last season as Evatt’s side narrowly missed out on a return to Wembley. However, the lowest Wanderers can finish this term is fourth ahead of their trip to London Road.
Blackpool also rank highly for their record at Bloomfield Road and Neil Critchley’s side still have a chance of sneaking into the top six ahead of their trip to Reading on Saturday.
Derby, who could secure automatic promotion against bottom side Carlisle this weekend, have picked up 46 points from their 22 matches at Pride Park so far.
Peterborough could also reach the 46-point mark on home turf this weekend if they come out on top against the Whites.
Oxford are the other side to have secured at least 40 points at home this term, although Lincoln could join that group when they host Pompey.
