Ian Evatt insists every member of the squad has a part to play as Wanderers approach the final 10 games of the League One season.
The Whites are nicely placed following their comeback at Barnsley in midweek but there is still plenty of football to be played before the final standings are decided.
“We have had conversations within the group to make sure that everyone plays their part,” said the Bolton boss.
“It doesn’t matter what that looks like at the minute – if you are an injured player you can still support your team-mates alongside your own rehabilitation.
“If you are on the bench you need to be there supporting from the side, then when you get your opportunity make sure you are ready to take it.
“The ones in the 11 need to embrace the pressure and play to their best possible level.
“Everyone has a part to play – myself, the staff, the fans, the media, it is a collective effort and it needs to stay that way for the last 10 games.”
While there were plenty of positives to take from the second-half comeback at Oakwell, there was also a tinge of frustration not to take all three points after creating a handful of clear-cut chances.
“There is a little bit of frustration,” Evatt added. “Barnsley’s xG was 0.75 and ours was 4.4, the highest of the season.
“The first goal was something we had shown them over and over again and told them to guard against it.
“I have said a lot that we play out from the back for a purpose, it isn’t for vanity. We always want to play what the game gives us and at Barnsley that game gave us space on the last line – we didn’t do it consistently enough.
“Same thing again in the second half, leading to a corner and then a goal. It was slightly unfortunate with the ricochet, it fell to the lad (Donovan Pines) and I don’t think he has ever hit a ball like that, but sometimes when things are tough that kind of thing will go against you.
“From then on there can only be huge positives. We completely dominated, spent long periods in their half and I can’t remember them having an attack after that. We needed that equaliser earlier and if we had got it, I think we would have gone on to win it.
“But we should carry momentum from that and it is a great lesson for the lads. For me, it is all between the ears with these players - they are a very talented group and when they believe in themselves, and truly believe, then they are a difficult team to stop. That has to be our mindset moving forwards.”
