WANDERERS have signed West Brom defender Caleb Taylor on loan for the rest of the season.
The Burnley-born 21-year-old centre-half has Championship experience with the Baggies and played against Wolves in the FA Cup just a few days ago.
The 6ft 2ins defender has also sampled life in League One, spending the whole 2022/23 campaign on loan with Cheltenham Town.
Son of ex-Blackburn Rovers and Birmingham City man Martin Taylor, he has played six games in all competitions this season.
Wanderers were in the market for another defender after concerns over the fitness of captain Ricardo Santos and Northern Ireland international Eoin Toal.
Both players had scans on Wednesday to assess calf and Achilles injuries, respectively, but no confirmation has yet been given on their availability.
