Deadline Day is almost upon us and clubs across the EFL are bidding to make late additions to their squads.

Some will be looking to get late deals over the line, while others will be keen to fend off interest and keep hold of their prized assets.

Here is all the information you need about Deadline Day and the cut-off point for making late signings.

When does the window shut?

The window has been open since New Year’s Day and will slam shut at 11pm on Thursday, February 1.

Transfers can be completed after the cut-off point providing deal sheets have been submitted in time.

Is any further business likely?

Wanderers have already signed Nat Ogbeta and Calvin Ramsay on loan from Swansea and Liverpool respectively to bolster their defensive options while the likes of Will Forrester and Randell Williams are out of action.

After the EFL Trophy defeat at Blackpool on Tuesday night, Ian Evatt admitted that the club may be forced into some emergency business depending on the result of scans to Ricardo Santos and Eoin Toal.

Santos was forced off at half time against the Seasiders with a calf problem, while Toal played through an Achilles issue.

Bolton have also made a second bid for Bristol Rovers forward Aaron Collins after their initial offer was turned down. Dan Nlundulu is a long-term absentee with a hamstring injury.

26-year-old Collins scored 16 goals for the Gas last season and has been linked with several clubs since the start of the window.

Wanderers are also interested in Blackburn Rovers forward Niall Ennis, who was part of the Plymouth squad that clinched the League One title last term.

Ennis was an unused substitute for Rovers during their 4-1 win against Wrexham in the FA Cup on Monday night and has been cleared to leave the club on loan.
