Wanderers are back on the road this weekend as they travel to the capital to take on in-form Leyton Orient.
Ian Evatt’s men are fourth in the League One table but are only a couple of points behind leaders Portsmouth with three games in hand at this stage.
The Whites enter the game on the back of a narrow 2-1 defeat against Premier League Luton in the FA Cup despite a spirited performance.
Team news
Will Forrester faces a potential four-week lay-off after suffering a tear in his hamstring against the Hatters in midweek.
Wanderers are now light in numbers in the backline while Gethin Jones is away on international duty with Australia.
Randell Williams missed out against Luton through illness and has now made a full recovery, while Kyle Dempsey had a minor hamstring issue which has now cleared up.
Dan Nlundulu and George Johnston are both long-term absentees – the latter is in the final stages of his rehabilitation after knee surgery.
Opposition lowdown
Orient enter the fixture in high spirits following a 3-0 victory against Portsmouth last time out. Shaq Forde, Jordan Brown and Dan Agyei were all on target at Fratton Park.
Richie Wellens’ side have picked up 10 out of a possible 12 points in recent weeks, also racking up wins against Charlton and Cambridge.
The London outfit are 10th in the table as they aim to build on last season’s success, having clinched the League Two title.
Head-to-head
Wanderers have faced Orient 45 times in their history, with a record of 21 wins, 12 draws and 12 defeats.
The Whites ran out 3-2 winners when the sides met in December, with Josh Dacres-Cogley, Dion Charles and George Thomason all on target inside the opening 10 minutes.
Bolton were beaten 4-0 on their last trip to Brisbane Road in October 2020 during a tough start to Evatt’s tenure.
