Luton were due to head abroad for a training camp but have had to put those plans on hold to face Wanderers.
The Hatters aren’t in Premier League action again until they host Brighton on Tuesday, January 30 due to the winter break.
Last week, Rob Edwards said: “It is frustrating. Our plan was to go away and get a little bit of warm weather stuff after Burnley. Now it will have to be after the replay.
“That is still the plan at the moment, but we will have to see on scheduling and what day the game is going to be.
"It chucks another game in for us, there is no other way. I can’t moan about it or bleat about it because the lads will hear it and they will feel sorry for themselves as well.
“We can’t think negatively. We are still in the competition, that is what I wanted and compared to a lot of Premier League teams and European ones, we are not playing as many games as them this year.”
VAR was in use for the initial tie at Kenilworth Road and decided not to award a penalty after Will Forrester tangled with Alfie Doughty in the box. However, it will not be used for the replay at the Toughsheet Community Stadium.
“It is strange and I don't know what to say on that,” Edwards added. “We have got it here and maybe it makes it just fair for that actual game between the two teams.
“But then there is going to be other teams who are going to fall foul of not having it and I do find that quite strange.”
Luton enter the game on the back of a 1-1 draw against relegation rivals Burnley, with Carlton Morris scoring a controversial equaliser in stoppage time after ex-Wanderers loanee James Trafford was blocked by Elijah Adebayo.
