Wanderers will travel to Crystal Palace or Everton in the FA Cup fourth round if they can make it past Luton in the replay.
Ian Evatt’s men secured a replay against Premier League Luton Town at the Toughsheet Community Stadium following a goalless draw at Kenilworth Road.
Nathan Baxter made several important stops, while Paris Maghoma and Jon Dadi Bodvarsson went close at the other end. There was also a VAR scare after Will Forrester tangled with Alfie Doughty in the box.
There was nothing to separate Palace and Everton at Selhurst Park several days ago, with that game also finishing 0-0.
The draw was conducted live on ITV1 by Gary Mabbutt and Emma Byrne as part of the build-up to Wigan v Manchester United. Fourth-round ties are scheduled to be played on the weekend of Saturday, January 27.
Norwich v Bristol Rovers, West Ham v Bristol City, Nottingham Forest v Blackpool, Brentford v Wolves, Newport v Eastleigh and Hull v Birmingham are the other ties that require a replay.
Maidstone, who are the lowest-ranked team left in the competition following their 1-0 win against Stevenage, face a trip to Ipswich.
