Wanderers’ upcoming League One trip to Portsmouth has been moved to Monday, December 11 (8pm) for TV coverage.
The fixture was initially scheduled for Saturday, December 9 but will now be broadcast live on Sky Sports Football.
However, this date could still change if the Whites’ FA Cup second-round tie against Harrogate requires a replay. Pompey are no longer in the competition following their 1-0 defeat at Chesterfield over the weekend.
An official statement read: “Tickets for the fixture will be available via the club’s E-Ticketing site in due course”.
John Mousinho’s side currently sit at the top of the League One table following an unbeaten start to the campaign. Mousinho took charge at Fratton Park in January following Danny Cowley’s sacking.
Wanderers were beaten 3-1 on their last trip to Portsmouth in February despite taking the lead through Dion Charles earlier in the second half. Ryley Towler bagged a brace for the hosts that day, with Colby Bishop also getting on the scoresheet.
The Whites ran out 3-0 winners at the Toughsheet Community Stadium a month prior thanks to goals from Charles, Kieran Lee and Eoin Toal.
