A Wanderers fan of 76 years has hit out at changes to a bus service to the club's stadium which disrupts their journey.
Anne Dixon travels to each home game with her daughter Louise, who has cerebral palsy.
But recently, bus company Tyrers has changed the time it brings people in from her area of Doffcocker.
Previously she was transported at 1.50pm which allowed her to get to the ground smoothly for a 3pm kick off.
But now the bus comes an hour earlier at 12.50pm.
The change was made following an online consultation but Anne says she was not consulted and only knows of one person who answered the survey.
She says the changes are not beneficial to those who do not want to spend time in fan zones before the game.
She said: “It is not just about me and my daughter, a lot of people do not want this.
“People had no idea about it.
“People were being left at the bus stop the first week.
“They said they had put out and online serve, I did not know about it.
“I know one person who answered it and they said they did not want the change.
“Nobody else I know was aware.
“This bus does not go at a normal time.
“My daughter is disabled.
“We used to get on the bus at 1.50pm for a 3pm kick off, now it is going to be an hour before that.
“We are going to be more than an hour hanging around waiting.
“But I am not just looking at it from my perspective.
“A lot of other people feel the same way, people who are going there with children and elderly people.
"There are people who do not want to got to fan zones.
Bolton Wanderers has been approached for a comment about the schedule change.
The club did consider shelving matchday bus services for fans earlier this year.
But it later confirmed there would be a streamlined service this season.
