There is no denying Conor Bradley had a big impact for Wanderers in the final third this season.
The Northern Ireland international hit the ground running at the UniBol in his first taste of regular men’s football, scoring three times in his first 10 appearances from the wing-back role.
Bradley finished the campaign with seven goals in all competitions, causing defenders plenty of problems with his bravery and direct running.
This total puts him third in the Bolton squad over the past season, behind only Dion Charles and Jon Dadi Bodvarsson.
Charles became the club’s first player to reach 20 goals in a single season since Michael Ricketts in 2001. Bodvarsson was also in prolific form before his campaign was cut short by an untimely ankle injury.
The stats back up Bradley’s impact going forward, with the 19-year-old racking up a higher expected goals (xG) figure than any other full-back in the EFL, according to whoscored.com.
These totals are calculated by analysing by the number of chances for each player, as well as the quality of those opportunities.
Bradley’s goal tally ended up being very similar to his xG figure (7.7), which suggests a decent level of composure in front of goal.
Peterborough’s Jonson Clarke-Harris had the highest xG in the EFL this season (25.2), which doesn’t come as much of a surprise after the forward finished as League One’s top scorer with 27 goals in 48 matches.
Middlesbrough’s Chuba Akpom was close behind on 22.7, having scored 28 times in 40 league appearances this term.
Jesurun Rak-Sakyi (15.4) also makes the list following an impressive spell on loan at Charlton from Premier League outfit Crystal Palace.
Here is the full XI of EFL players with the highest xG scores over the past season, according to WhoScored

Bradley won three major prizes at Wanderers' End of Season Awards night in April.
The youngster will be difficult to replace at Wanderers next season along with England Under-21 international James Trafford, who has returned to Manchester City.
