With an international break coming up later this month, Wanderers could well have three players in the Northern Ireland squad.
Conor Bradley and Dion Charles are regular members of the squad, while Eoin Toal has impressed since coming into the Bolton side.
Liverpool loanee Bradley is relishing his time at the UniBol and believes the experience will have a big impact on his career.
The wing-back hopes the Northern Irish trio can continue to shine heading into the business stage of the season.
“It’s a massive club. The number of fans we get every week is crazy for being in League One,” he told the national team’s YouTube channel.
“It is an unbelievable club and I’ve loved every minute I’ve been here. It has obviously helped me in my career and given me good experience so far. Hopefully, I can keep enjoying it and keep playing well.
“Especially when I first came here, having Dion here was a massive help and it helped me settle in. Then Toaly coming in as well, he has been brilliant since he came into the team.
“He got a chance and he took it. He is scoring goals and everything from centre-half. He is flying, he has impressed me.
“You can’t see as much from people as you can in games but as soon as he got that first chance, he took it with both hands and has been one of our best players ever since.
“He has been consistent every game, playing well and even getting on the scoresheet and getting assists. Dion too, he is on 18 goals now which is crazy. It is some feat for a striker, so both of them are flying.”
Charles has enjoyed playing with his fellow countrymen this season and reckons they have build a strong understanding over the past few months.
The forward is now up to 18 goals for the campaign after getting on the scoresheet against Portsmouth on Tuesday night.
Charles has almost surpassed his best return at this level, having scored 19 league goals for Accrington during the 2020/21 season.
“It’s brilliant,” he added. “We have built quite a relationship down the right side. We have got Eoin right centre-half, Conor right-back and then me on the right side up front.
“We are all playing well together. We completement each other’s game and we are starting to almost become telepathic – we know where everyone is going to be.
“Since they have come into this club, they have been top notch. They are great young talents, and I see it as my job to try and help them as best as I can and give them little tips on how they can improve.
“They are two well-grounded young men and have got great attitudes.”
Adjusting to League One football has been a big change for Toal since his move from Derry City over the summer.
The centre-back also had to navigate a couple of injuries early in his Bolton career but has become an important member of Ian Evatt’s squad in recent weeks.
“I was living in Derry, which is a couple of hours away from home, so I was kind of used to it,” he explained.
“But obviously moving to a different country and getting used to things over here was something I’m not used to, but it has been good so far.
“At the start I think I had to repeat myself a few times! But most people understand me now, I have slowed down a wee bit. Having Conor there, he has quite a strong accent as well.
“Having Conor and Dion here, when I came in I got to know them better as people. They have been brilliant, and obviously very good footballers as well.
“It has been brilliant to get into the team. I came in at the start of December and we have been doing well. Hopefully, I can keep my place now and keep putting in performances.
“I didn’t score many goals when I was at Derry and I wanted to chip in more. The way we play here, it is quite attacking so you find yourself in positions I wouldn’t normally find myself in.”
The 24-year-old has represented his country at youth level but is yet to be called up to the senior squad.
“It has always been something I have wanted,” he added. “Hopefully, I can keep putting in performances for Bolton and see where it takes me.”
