Wanderers are back on the road this weekend with a trip to Darren Ferguson’s in-form Peterborough side.
Ian Evatt’s men have won their last three matches, consolidating their place in the top six in League One.
The Whites recorded a 1-0 victory against Cheltenham in their last outing, with Kyle Dempsey scoring the winner 10 minutes from time.
Team news
Liverpool loanee Conor Bradley misses out through suspension after picking up his 10th booking of the season.
Randell Williams is back in contention after missing the last couple of matches due to a hamstring strain.
George Thomason is also set to return to training on Monday after a spell on the sidelines with a knee injury.
Dan Nlundulu and MJ Williams remain sidelined, while Jon Dadi Bodvarsson and Jack Iredale are long-term absentees.
As for the hosts, midfielder Jack Taylor is available despite picking up an ankle injury last weekend.
Opposition lowdown
Peterborough have had an upturn in form since Darren Ferguson returned to the club following Grant McCann’s departure.
Posh have racked up three successive league wins following Saturday’s 2-0 victory at struggling Forest Green.
Ferguson’s side are currently seventh in the table – nine points behind Bolton but with three games in hand at this stage.
Head-to-head
Wanderers have faced Peterborough 13 times in their history, with a record of eight wins, one draw and four defeats.
Evatt’s men ran out 1-0 winners when the sides met at the UniBol back in September, with Dapo Afolayan getting the decisive goal with the help of a deflection that wrong-footed Lucas Bergstrom.
The Whites were beaten 1-0 on their last trip to London Road in December 2019. Ivan Toney was on target that day.
