Wanderers could take another step closer to Wembley when they host League One rivals Portsmouth in the Papa Johns Trophy.
Ian Evatt’s men enter the game on the back of a goalless draw against league leaders Plymouth at the weekend.
The Whites reached this stage following a 4-0 victory against Manchester United Under-21s after goals from Dapo Afolayan, Aaron Morley, Amadou Bakayoko and Conor Bradley.
Team news
Wanderers have no fresh injury concerns following their goalless draw against Plymouth, Evatt has revealed.
Dapo Afolayan is available, with his three-game suspension in the league not applicable to the cup competition.
Dan Nlundulu is not eligible after arriving on loan from Premier League side Southampton but the forward could feature at the weekend.
Portsmouth defender Clark Robertson, who has missed the last couple of matches, will be assessed as he continues his recovery from a hip problem.
Opposition lowdown
Portsmouth are currently 13th in the table and are without a win in their last nine matches in the league.
Simon Bassey recently took temporary charge following the sacking of Danny Cowley while the club searches for a new permanent boss.
Pompey overcame Stevenage in the previous round following a comfortable 3-0 victory at Fratton Park. Jay Mingi, Josh Koroma and Joe Pigott were all on target that night.
Head-to-head
Wanderers have faced Portsmouth 101 times in their history, with a record of 42 wins, 23 draws and 36 defeats.
The points were shared when the sides met at the UniBol last season, with Kieran Sadlier’s penalty cancelling out Aiden O’Brien’s opener.
The Whites have failed to win any of their last five matches between the sides. Their last win came in September 2009, with Tamir Cohen, Matt Taylor and Gary Cahill all getting on the scoresheet.
