HEATON boxer Khaleel Majid extended his perfect professional record to seven wins from seven on a bill at Oldham Leisure Centre.
Tipped for big things, the 24-year-old super lightweight triumphed on points against Midlander MJ Hall, aged 29, after another professional display, winning all six rounds at welterweight.
Since his professional bow three years ago on home turf at the Bolton Whites Hotel, the boxer nicknamed ‘The Major’ has shown the talent that has his coaches predicting a bright future with many of the big promoters monitoring his rise.
But his team also want to let him develop rather than push him too quickly, though there is a big belief he has all the right tools to challenge for world honours in the future.
Majid is scheduled to be back at the Bolton Whites Hotel at the end of November against Plymouth 28-year-old Chris Adaway, looking to extend his unblemished record further.
