WANDERERS fans watching last night’s victory at Lincoln City on streaming platform iFollow have been promised refunds after problems with the service.
Fans reported issues during the first 20 minutes of the first half and then the opening 10 minutes after half time after paying £10 to watch the match at home.
Nearly 2,000 people are understood to have been affected by the crash, which prompted a wave of complaints to iFollow and the club’s social media channels.
A message on the club’s official account confirmed that fans who had bought a match pass will get their money back.

The problem with the feed is thought to have stemmed from a local production issue, rather than something immediately connected with the iFollow central service.
The EFL has now launched an investigation and could update supporters via a statement in the next few days to inform them of the next step.
Wanderers were one of the most watched clubs in the EFL last season on iFollow despite playing in League Two, registering more than twice the number of match passes purchased than their nearest rival in the division, Bradford City.
The Bolton News understands that the club will not be left out of pocket after last night’s technical issues.
Bolton fans were able to watch the night’s main moment, as Antoni Sarcevic struck in the 77th minute to hand Ian Evatt’s side their first win since returning to League One.
It also preserved an unbeaten run on Tuesday nights which stems back to last October when Evatt’s side were defeated at Shrewsbury Town in the EFL Trophy. The run began with a 3-3 draw at Barrow – courtesy of another Sarcevic late strike.
The club is currently on a seven-game winning streak on Tuesday nights, which started in February with a home win against Scunthorpe United.
Victory at Lincoln – which was also Wanderers’ first at Sincil Bank in the league since 1910 – put them ninth in the table going into this weekend’s home game against Oxford United.
Oxford, who beat Crewe Alexandra 1-0, have taken seven points from their opening three league games and currently sit in fifth place in the early league table.
