WANDERERS are planning another ambitious move to bring Chung-Yong Lee back from Crystal Palace.
The Korean midfielder is surplus to requirement at Selhurst Park and has started just once in the Premier League this season.
Phil Parkinson made a late bid to bring him on loan at the start of the campaign, which was turned down by the player on summer deadline day.
The Bolton News understands an approach has again been made to Palace to loan the 29-year-old until the end of the season.
Chung-Yong was signed from FC Seoul for £2.2million in 2009, bursting on to the Premier League scene and winning the club’s player of year award.
A badly-broken leg in July 2011 curtailed his progress but the midfielder returned to become a regular in the Championship before moving to Palace in February 2015.
In total he played 195 times for Bolton, scoring 20 goals.
