Jake Turner was listed as a defender when the FA made their England Under-19s squad announcement today
WANDERERS youngster Jake Turner has been selected for the England Under-19s’ European Championship qualifiers against the Czech Republic and Slovakia in November.
But the goalkeeper – who made his debut for Paul Simpson’s side earlier this month – was listed as a defender when the Football Association put out their squad online!
Turner will, of course, be regarded as an option in goal when the team travel for a double header on October 6 and 9.
