WANDERERS have confirmed the sale of US international Tim Ream to Fulham.
It is understood the defender has signed a four-year deal worth £1.75million up front, with a further £500,000 in bonuses depending on his success at Craven Cottage.
Ream was signed for £2.3m from New York Red Bulls in 2012 as a replacement for Gary Cahill and has won the club’s player of the season award for two consecutive years.
The 27-year-old made 126 appearances in all competitions, converting from a centre-half to a left-back, but never scored for Wanderers.
Meanwhile, The Bolton News understands Algeria international Rais M’Bolhi is training with Wanderers in the hope of securing a deal.
The 29-year-old is available on a free transfer from Philadelphia Union and has won 41 caps for his country, featuring in the 2014 World Cup Finals.
