FORMER Wanderers midfielder Andre Moritz has signed a two-year contract with South Korean side Pohang Steelers.

The Brazilian scored seven times in 27 appearances for Bolton last season and left in the summer after failing to agree a new deal.

The 28-year-old is relishing his chance in Korea’s K-League, saying: “I have never played in the Champions League, but Pohang’s background was one of the biggest reasons.

“This is where Chung-Yong Lee was found.

“Great players want to hit the ground running and I can’t wait to start training with the team.”
