WANDERERS have terminated the contract of Luxembourg international Yannick Bastos by mutual consent.

The 21-year-old failed to make a single first team appearance since arriving from FC Differdange 03 in January, when he signed an 18-month deal.

During nine months at the club Bastos struggled to make the grade, and appeared just three times for the development squad, completing 90 minutes just once.

He returned home to Luxembourg last week and is already speaking with clubs about resuming his playing career.
