Branston Pickle launches new ice cream with Anya Hindmarch

To create the ice cream, Branston Pickle and British fashion designer Anya Hindmarch have collaborated.

They have even shared a recipe so that Branston Pickle fans can make their own Branston Pickle Ice Cream Sandwich.

How to make the Branston Pickle Ice Cream Sandwich

Ingredients you’ll need:

• Brioche bun
• Tub of Branston Pickle Anya Hindmarch Ice Cream
• Jar of Branston Pickle
• Cheddar cheese

How to make it:

Step 1:

Get a thick brioche bun ready to hold the sandwich together.

Step 2:

Take your Branston Pickle x Anya Hindmarch ice cream out of the freezer and let it soften for a few minutes. Slice the tub to create a perfect disk to sit on top of your bun.

Step 3:

Spread a generous layer of Branston Pickle onto the layer of ice cream.

Step 4:

Add a thick slice of cheddar cheese on top of the dessert.

Step 5:

Add the top of the brioche bun to the dessert and enjoy!
