A new range of Swizzels-inspired squash flavours has been launched by food and drink company Princes and shoppers can grab their bottle and feel the nostalgia as the flavours are inspired by classic sweets.

Flavours within the range include Drumstick, Love Hearts, Parma Violets, Refreshers in both Lemon and Sour Apple flavour and Squashies in both Bubblegum and Sour Cherry & Apple flavour.

The squash has no added sugar and no artificial colours or flavours but they do contain real fruit and have five calories per serving.

An initial selection of flavours have already arrived in Home Bargains, B&M and Farmfoods with more expected to reach Tesco shelves from Monday, March 20.

David Boyle, Head of Commercial Drinks at Princes, said: “Whether you’re a Refreshers fan, lover of Love Hearts or get super excited about Squashies, Swizzels are a staple of any good sweet cupboard and now, it’s even easier to enjoy your favourite taste and be transported back to carefree childhood days with Swizzels squash.

“We hope this new range, with all its brightness, colours, taste and value, will bring a bit of fun and excitement to households and families this year.”
