WORLD Cup commentator Kenneth Wolstenholme has been added to the Oxford Dictionary of National Biography.
Farnworth-born Wolstenholme, famous for the legendary line: "They think it's all over it is now", is among 202 famous Britons added to the latest volume of the book.
The former Farnworth Grammar School pupil died, aged 81, in 2002 after a career which saw him cover 22 FA Cup finals for the BBC and write about football for national newspapers.
Oxford DNB editor Lawrence Goldman said the book was "a record of those who left a mark on any aspect of British history, for good or ill".
Others added to the latest volume include moors murderer Myra Hindley, the Queen Mother, Princess Margaret and Blackburn politician Barbara Castle.
