ONE in four UK office workers claim they never take a lunch break, and the average lunch break works out at just 19 minutes and 42 seconds, according to research by Post-it Notes.
The new figure shows a dramatic drop in the length of the average working day lunch hour. Suzie Cox, Post-it Notes brand manager, said: "it's important not to neglect work-based eating habits."
