BIRDWATCHERS in Bury looking into their garden this weekend are being asked to take part in the worlds biggest garden bird survey.
The RSPB is holding the Big Garden Birdwatch to find out which birds are the most common visitors to gardens across the UK in winter.
People living in Greater Manchester are asked to spend one hour this weekend counting birds in gardens or parks and recording the highest number of each bird species seen.
An online survey form will be available at www.rspb.org.uk/birdwatch from this weekend until February 20
