POLICE have appealed for witnesses to a road rage attack which left a pedestrian with a broken nose and hand.
The 36-year-old victim also sustained black eyes after he was set upon by a motorist in Walmersley Road, Bury, on Wednesday January 11.
Detectives said the victim, who has not been named, and his friend were crossing the busy main road around 8.15pm when a car sped past them before it came screeching to a halt.
