HOLY Cross College is hoping to encourage more people in Bury to study for a university degree at the centre.
An information evening will be held on Tuesday, January 31, from 6.30pm to 8.30pm about subjects on offer.
There will be an opportunity to discuss work-based, professional courses such as foundation degrees and PGCE (primary) training.
Details of a five-week Introduction to Higher Education course can also be obtained, which is aimed at helping people of all ages and backgrounds with note-taking, essay writing and the general study skills needed for degree level studies.
