A LORRY driver spotted committing an indecent act in a Bolton street has been fined by magistrates.
The court heard how Mark Anthony Fishwick, aged 45, of Siddow Common, Leigh was seen by a Sky television engineer behind houses in Caroline Street, Daubhill.
Joanna White, prosecuting, told how Fishwick was walking towards two Asian women, who had their backs to him, and only stopped when he heard the engineer start his van engine.
Fishwick got into his own vehicle and was followed by the engineer, who took down the registration number and alerted police.
Nick Ross, defending, described his client's behaviour as 'strange, bizarre, peculiar and inexplicable'.
Fishwick, who also has convictions for indecent exposure dating from the 1970s and 1996, pleaded guilty to a charge of outraging public decency and was fined £300 and ordered to pay £75 court costs.
