SCHOOLCHILDREN were invited to Bolton Town Hall this week to say thank you for raising money for the Pakistan earthquake appeal.
The youngsters were special guests of the Mayor of Bolton, Cllr Frank White, as the appeal topped the £25,000 mark.
Cllr White said: "Schools have played and important role in helping to raise this money which we hope will help to alleviate some of the suffering that this terrible disaster caused. This was a perfect chance to thank them for their hard work."
