TWO men have pleaded guilty to robbing a newsagents in Bolton.
Stephen Taylor, aged 37, of Bentley Court, Farnworth, and Kevin Hilton, aged 28, from Bolton, but of no fixed address, threatened a shop assistant with a handgun during the raid.
The pair robbed A-M newsagents in Radcliffe Road, on October 15, last year.
Taylor and Hilton pleaded guilty to robbery and possesion of an imitation firearm when they appeared at Bolton Crown Court on Friday.
Hilton also pleaded guilty to robbing a priest at St Oswald's Church in Ashton-in-Makerfield, robbing the Suhana Restaurant in Golborne in September last year and two further counts of possessing an imitation firearm.
The two men will be sentenced on February 24 when pre-sentence reports have been carried out.
