THE draw for the First Round of the 2006 Powergen Challenge Cup takes place on Friday lunchtime.
The draw - which is being staged in front of invited media and representatives of the competing clubs - will begin at around 1.30pm.
In total, 52 amateur clubs are in the draw including sides from LHF National League Three, National Conference sides, the Army, Navy and Royal Air Force and Gloucester Warriors - the first club from the TotalRL.COM Conference to qualify for this stage of the competition.
