I read with disbelief the article about the Sudan refugees being given a new start in Bolton.
What about the shortage of council houses reported only this week?
What about the Sukula family, who have been forced to live on charitable handouts? They are surely a deserving cause. Let's look after the refugees and asylum seekers who already live here.
I would love to help everyone in the world, wouldn't we all. But come on, Bolton Council (and the Home Office), let's help the ones who are here and already need our help FIRST.
