A FOOTPATH in Radcliffe has become a public right of way following a planning inquiry.
Residents living in Osborne Walk challenged a Bury Council decision to declare a footpath at the back of their homes a public space.
They argued it was not public land during an inquiry held in November - but the Government Planning Inspectorate ruled in favour of the council.
