GOATS' milk is good for catarrh and sinus problems - no kidding.
That is what Sarah Thew found when she tried it on a friend's recommendation.
Now Miss Thew, who suffered from sinus and catarrh problems, says her condition has cleared up since she switched from cows milk to goats' milk.
She was so impressed that she is fronting a national campaign to promote goats' milk as part of Food Intolerance Week, which stars on Monday.
"I loved the goats' milk and saw an improvement in my problems straight away when I switched my diet," said Miss Thew, of Lynmouse Close, Radcliffe.
She added: "I would recommend this to others who are experiencing similar problems. My condition used to be very uncomfortable but now it's almost gone thanks to the goats' milk."
