MAY I praise the integrity of a young man. I spent the Christmas holiday in Bolton - my home town.
Visiting the Market Hall - a fairy tale collection of indoor stalls as a child - I found it wonderfully decorated, another fairyland, and was busy taking photographs when approached by a young man, perhaps middle 20s or 30s, holding out my wallet.
I was so amazed and didnt take in the enormity of his deed, as he immediately walked away and down the escalator.
The loss of that wallet notebook would have been an ongoing disaster, healthwise, address-wise.
So, please may I offer my truly heartfelt thanks to him, as I spread the details of his deed here in my community.
