TONY Benson's squad jetted out to Spain on Tuesday for a week's warm-weather training in preparation for the new National League One season.
Only Damian Munro and Neil Turley from the senior squad will miss the trip to Lloret which will include a non-contact workout against Harlequins.
Munro has work commitments while Turley has been given permission to stay at home as he's recently become a father for the first time.
Although Leigh will be based in the Costa Brava's most famous resort, it won't be a holiday for the players.
"We've got an intensive programme of work mapped out for them, " says Benson.
"We will be using the beach to work on our tackling technique and we'll also be working hard on the defensive and attacking deficiencies that were evident in the friendly against Widnes. Our main objective is to get ready for the Wigan game next week and build on the positives of what we did against Widnes."
But it won't be all work and no play.
"I set great store by building a happy team spirit. This trip gives us a great opportunity to bond together as a group as we prepare for the season. That won't mean heavy drinking sessions - just being together as a group for 24-7 will bring us all closer together."
Over 50 fans will be joining the Centurions in Spain and they will also be included in the activities.
