A MAN has denied murdering a teenage mother whose body was found only feet away from her baby daughter.
The body of 19-year-old Lynn Savery was found at her home in Chelsea Avenue, Radcliffe, on September 2 last year.
Her one-year-old daughter, Mia, was found unhurt close by.
Ashfaq Khan, age 26, of New Cateaton Street, Bury, appeared at Manchester Crown Court yesterday via video link from prison and entered a not guilty plea.
He spoke only to confirm his name and plea.
Khan will return to court for a hearing on January 19.
A trial date has been set for March 6.
