A RADCLIFFE supermarket helped Santa to do his job this Christmas by setting up a special hotline to Lapland.
Children could go into the Asda store on Pilkington Way during the run-up to the big day and telephone their wish list through to the man himself.
The youngsters were also asked to include items that could be found on the shelves in the store, and their name was entered into a draw to win one of their presents.
One of the children's requests was granted, and Shelby Sutcliffe (5), from Radcliffe, was presented with a Leap Pad reading book, when her name was chosen from all the children who had taken part.
