FOUR men have pleaded guilty to stealing more than £320,000 from three Manchester City players' Co-operative Bank accounts.
Bank employees Paul Sherwood, a 25-year-old cashier, of Simister Green, Prestwich and his boss, supervisor Paul Hanley, aged 20, of Whitworth Street, Manchester withdrew £323,235 over a 15-month period.
Lewis Chadwick, aged 21, of Whitworth Street, Manchester and Zac Smith, aged 21, of Woodcock Grove, Glossop, Derbyshire also pleaded guilty to theft from the accounts which belonged to Daniel Van Buyten, Matias Vuosos and Daniel Belmadi, who have all since left the club.
