WHEN I accepted an invitation for my first mammogram like most women I was apprehensive.
Actually, despite not being at the back of the queue in that department, I discovered there was nothing to it. Didn't hurt a bit. As you all know by now I am not the world's biggest fan of poetry, but some odd odes amuse me. Here's one from Wigan and Leigh Pensioners' Link which did just that - but also carried an important message. Seriously though, it's not this bad, and every woman should make regular check and take up the call when it comes.
