THE country's first purpose-built laser skincare centre will soon open in Bolton.
The new, privately run clinic will be in the grounds of the Royal Bolton Hospital and will offer a wide range of skincare treatments.
It is hoped the building will be finished by Easter.
Denise Leslie, the director for Laserase North-west, which owns the building, said: "This is a fantastic opportunity. The new building will offer more space and facilities for us to provide our services and educate our clients in skin health."
The company is currently already based in the Royal Bolton Hospital, but can only operate in the evenings and at weekends because of the need to treat NHS patients during the day.
Laserase specialises in laser treatments such as hair removal, wrinkle removal, tattoo removal and the treatment of thread veins, as well as other skin treatments including botox.
When the new building is open, it is hoped alternative therapy will also be available.
Ms Leslie said: "We're looking forward to having our own premises and concentrating our efforts on providing a dedicated laser and skin health service.
"With a purpose built centre we can provide even more treatments and products and give the best quality service to our clients."
