MOTORBIKE racer Tom Fisher is making his mark in the sport - at just 16 years old!
The Bradley Fold teenager has left much more experienced older riders in his slipstream on the way to winning three major national titles.
His road racing success has made him a wanted man with a number of teams.
Tom, of Browns Road, who is an engineering student at Bury College, proved his worth by taking the British GP70 Championships in his first season at national open age competition.
The series runs between March and October with races every fortnight on average. Tom also won the 16-race Conti Cup UK Championship.
And his memorable season continued when he won the prestigious Jawa Cup at Mallory Park, Leicestershire, which featured most of the top amateur riders in the country.
Tom inherited his interest in motorbikes from his father, Keith, and only started competing two years ago in mini moto racing.
He capped off his victorious season by being voted Rider of the Year by Phoenix Racing who organise various races.
