WAKEFIELD AND EMLEY 0, RADCLIFFE BORO 0: Boro were left cursing their luck after a controversial refereeing decision cost them victory at Wakefield and Emley.
Kevin Glendon's side had matched their Yorkshire rivals stride for stride until the final five minutes when striker Steve Foster had a goal ruled out for a foul on the keeper.
Ged Murphy also hit the bar with a rasping 25-yard drive after 70 minutes, as Boro piled forward to find the first goal of the game.
Foster also brought a good save out of the home keeper five minutes later after some quick thinking from Rod Thornley.
Earlier, Danny Hurst had made two good saves to keep the home side at bay.
