FIVE men and two youths have appeared in court charged with violent disorder.
They all denied the allegation when they appeared at Bolton magistrates Friday.
James Kinsella, aged 18, of Partington Street; Mark Kinsella, aged 19, of Higher Swan Lane; Graham Lloyd, aged 21, of Morrison Street, all Daubhill; Nathan Stillwell, aged 19, of Brookland Grove, Halliwell; and Gareth Everett, aged 25, of Paulhan Street, Daubhill, were charged along with two boys, aged 16 and 17, in relation to an incident to May.
They were sent to stand trial at Bolton Crown Court and the case was adjourned until January 6. All seven were granted conditional bail.
