BUYERS of the Radius apartments in Prestwich will be given a ticket to ride.
There are only 30 apartments left of the 150 built and developers Countryside Properties are offering a 12 month Metrolink pass with every purchase.
The novel idea has been announced to coincide with the launch of the new Radius show apartment and sales and marketing suite which has been relocated inside the development following the completion of block A and B.
As the development is just 100 metres from Prestwich Metrolink Station, the company is promoting the use of public transport to prospective new residents.
Ann Lever, sales and marketing director, said: "Although Radius is situated just five miles from the city centre, travelling by Metrolink is fast, convenient and much better for the environment."
A Sainsburys Local store will occupy part of the ground floor along with a Smith & Jones restaurant/bar, part of the Barracuda chain of pubs. Prestwich Pharmacy will also return to the site.
